How many credits does a transfer cost?
Standard quality costs 6 credits per transfer. Lossless-PRO costs a flat 10 credits per transfer.
What's the difference between Standard and Lossless?
Standard is optimized for speed and low credit cost. Lossless-PRO uses a super-resolution pipeline to preserve maximum detail for large, high-resolution images.
What image formats and sizes are supported?
We support JPG, PNG and WebP. Images must be under 20MB with a maximum resolution of 4096×4096 pixels.
How long are my images kept?
Free plan images are kept for 15 days, Starter for 90 days, and Premium plan images are stored without limits. You can delete any of your records at any time from the Assets page.
