Color Grade Transfer is an AI-powered image editing service that applies the color grading of a reference image onto your source image. This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may not do with the Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.
You may not use the Service to upload, reference, generate or distribute any of the following: • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content of any kind, including AI-generated content; • Any content involving minors; • Images of real individuals — including public figures — depicted or manipulated without their consent, or otherwise used to create misleading or deceptive material; • Content that is hateful, harassing, discriminatory, bullying, or threatening; • Content depicting gratuitous violence, gore, self-harm, or terrorism; • Content that promotes illegal activities; • Content that infringes the copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
You must own or have the necessary rights and permissions for every image you upload to the Service. You may not use the Service to reproduce or modify images that you are not authorized to use.
We may refuse to process content, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, or take any other action we deem appropriate if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this policy. We may also report illegal content to the relevant authorities.
