All fees paid for the Service are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in this policy or required by applicable law, as set out in Section 4 of our Terms of Service. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.
Subscriptions are charged in advance for each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and cannot be converted into cash.
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credit pack credits never expire and roll over automatically. Therefore, credit pack purchases are non-refundable once acquired, except where required by applicable law.
If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with statutory consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of transaction without giving any reason. However, by using any credits provided in your plan or credit pack to process or generate images, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once credit consumption begins.
If a technical glitch or system failure occurs where credits are deducted without generating the expected output, please contact support@colorgradetransfer.com. Upon verification of our system logs, we will promptly restore or replenish your affected credits.
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem.io, and are subject to Creem's Terms of Service. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law or due to an unfulfilled service, please contact us for review.
